1 Terms and Conditions
1.1 The following are the Terms and Conditions of trading with Inspiring Stuff (“us” or “our”) for the supply of each item or service (“item or service”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2 Pricing and Taxes
2.1 All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
2.2 A Goods and Services Tax of 10% applies to all products within our cart for orders shipped to an Australian address and will be automatically added when your order is processed. International sales are not liable for GST. However, please note that some countries may impose customs duty or taxes on imported goods. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs agency for further information.
2.3 Prices are subject to change due to supplier price changes, currency fluctuations, market conditions, product discontinuation, errors in advertising and other extenuating circumstances. Where an item ordered is not available, we will generally accept the order for the remaining items ordered which are available.

3 Payment
3.1 We accept payment via PayPal, which may include use of credit cards and debit cards.

4 Postage and Handling
4.1 A flat charge of $6.50 is added for postage and handling of items under 0.5kg to Australian destinations, or $10.00 for items 0.5kg and over. The PayPal payment processing service we use does not allow us to easily charge a different amount for postage to international destinations. Therefore, we charge the same flat fee of either $6.50 or $10.00 that we charge for Australian destinations, and add the additional cost that we incur for international postage to the purchase price for international purchasers. Postage and handling costs will be calculated once you enter your details and add the item(s) to your shopping cart.
4.2 Orders for delivery within Australia are generally shipped via Australia Post for delivery typically within 3-8 business days. Australia Post will deliver items during normal business hours.
4.3 International orders are generally sent via Australia Post and international airmail services for delivery typically within 5-10 days to most countries.

5 Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
5.1 Items are despatched to the shipper in good order and condition. From that point, they are shipped at your risk and we accept no liability for the delivery of the items or their condition on arrival.
5.2 If you are sent an incorrect item, please return it within 14 days of receipt for replacement. Include, along with the incorrect item, a copy of the invoice showing your name, date of purchase and name of the correct item. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning items and Inspiring Stuff does not take any responsibility for the arrival of returns. All returned goods must be unused and in good order and condition, or they will not be accepted. Inspiring Stuff will pay the cost of shipping replacement items once.
5.3 We endeavour to describe our products and services as accurately as is practical. Refunds and exchanges are not available if you change your mind or do not like the item.

6 Terms and Conditions Relating to Purchase of eBooks
6.1 Copying and printing restrictions apply. You are permitted to make one copy only of the eBook supplied to you, as a backup or for your own personal use on a second computer or viewing device. When is an eBook not an eBook? When it is printed. Our eBooks are print disabled.
6.2 In purchasing any eBook from Inspiring Stuff, you agree to maintain it in the form in which it is supplied. You further agree to be bound by relevant copyright laws. Short extracts and quotations may be used for the purposes of review and promotion of the eBook, and for research and personal study, on condition of appropriate acknowledgement and referencing.
6.3 In purchasing any eBook from Inspiring Stuff, you agree, except for copying and quoting to the extent expressly permitted above, not to print, copy, reproduce, transmit, store in or make available on a website, Intranet, network or other retrieval system, redistribute, sell, modify or re-engineer the eBook, or attempt to circumvent any security measures incorporated in the file, without the express written permission of the copyright holder and publisher.
6.4 Please purchase and use only authorised electronic or print editions and discourage piracy of copyrighted materials. Your support of authors' rights is appreciated.

7 Links to Third Parties
7.1 We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for the condition, content or goods and services offered on third party websites which may be linked to or accessed from our website.

8 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 These Terms and Conditions set out the full extent of our obligations and liabilities in respect of the supply of items and services and there are no other warranties, conditions or other terms that are binding on us. Any warranty, condition or other term concerning the items or services, which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated by statute, common law or otherwise (including without limitation any implied term as to quality or fitness for purpose), is hereby expressly excluded/
8.2 Nothing in clause 8.1 shall exclude, restrict or modify any condition, warranty, right or liability implied into these Terms and Conditions, where to do so is illegal or would render any provision of these Terms and Conditions void. For any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, but can be limited, our liability is limited to our choice of replacing or paying the cost of replacing items.
8.3 Subject to the above clauses 8.1 and 8.2, we will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

9 Indemnity
9.1 You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified, us and our related bodies corporate and their directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors in respect of any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost (including legal cost) or expense, which we or our related bodies corporate and their directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors may suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your wilful or negligent act or omission with respect to our website (or any part of it) or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10 Applicable Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia or, where applicable, the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or, where applicable, the Courts of the Commonwealth.

11 Variation of Terms and Conditions
11.1 We may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and will post any such variations on our website.
